Chinar School follows age-appropriate criteria for each grade level. During the application process, our admissions team will guide you based on your child’s date of birth and previous academic background.
Yes, all applicants are required to appear for an admission test that evaluates their proficiency in core subjects such as English, Mathematics, and Science (for higher grades).

The following documents are required:

  • Birth Certificate or B-Form (NADRA)

  • Last two academic reports

  • CNIC copy of parent/guardian

  • Passport-sized photographs

  • School leaving certificate (for transfer cases)

Admission test results are usually communicated within a few working days after the test. Successful candidates will be contacted for an interview with their parents.

Yes. The school offers multiple financial aid options, including:

  • Merit-Based Financial Aid

  • Need-Based Financial Aid

  • Sports Financial Aid

  • Art & Culture Financial Aid

  • Siblings Financial Aid

You can indicate your interest in financial aid during the admission process. Supporting documents and relevant forms will need to be submitted for review by our financial aid committee.

Yes. Chinar School provides fee concessions for families enrolling more than one child. The discount applies to the second and any additional siblings.

Admissions are generally offered prior to the start of the academic year. However, limited mid-year admissions may be considered based on availability.
Once offered admission, parents must confirm their child’s seat by submitting the required fees and documents within the given timeline. Orientation and class assignment details are shared afterward.
Absolutely. Parents are encouraged to visit the campus. You can contact the admissions office to schedule an appointment and receive a guided tour.
